Returns Policy


Here at Graves Racing Services we are committed to making sure we provide quality products to our customers. We offer no returns on race spec parts, with the exception that you have a concern of a manufactured defect. In this case you will need a valid "Return Authorization." We do not accept dealer returns, no returns on electronics and unused inventory. 



Graves Motorsports currently ships from our Van Nuys, California location Monday - Friday only. Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Time usually ship the same business day with the exception of race and test week / weekends. During these times there will be no shipping opitons. All orders will be processed and delivered during the business week (Monday – Friday). Directly upon completing your purchase with Graves Motorsports online, you will receive a confirmation invoice showing the order details and information. A copy of the final invoice that includes the tracking number will also be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment confirming your order has been completed. To insure proper delivery and smooth transactions with Graves Racing Services please make sure that you have placed and as a trusted site to your email application and that you accept any messages from UPS.
